Qubiertos Grill and Restaurant serves Filipino dishes. Most of their dishes, I think, is good for two to three people. So what did we have there? My husband, my son and I had a feast.

1. Kuya Tom’s Boneless Cebu Lechon P700/kg

My son almost finished all of these, all by himself.

( He just left a little for me, so I would have something to blog about)

My son loved this boneless Cebu lechon. As my husband would say of tastier lechon, “yung binisayang pagka lechon.”

This is it.

2. Calamares P170

3. Pinakbet P160

I loved how this pinakbet was cooked. It was both sweet and salty. It had fried lechon on top, instead of the usual bagnet.

4. Sizzling Gambas P195
Well, I am not a fan of spicy viands, so I did not appreciate this, like I did with the Pinakbet. But my husband did.

5. Special Laing P140

It was also a bit spicy for me, but my husband loved it.

6. Suman Crepe P90
Suman crepe is sticky rice with slices of mangoes and wrapped in crepe. It is drizzled with warm liquid chocolate. This one I really loved! I paired it with their organic coffee : The Region Organic Coffee Machiatto P110 smallest size 8oz

6. Fruit Salad P75
