Taking Care of Shoes and Bags

1. FOR BAGS:

Buy a foldable purse hook. You do not have to set your bag, anywhere else, while you are dining out.

It will be safer, hanging by your table, in front of you -away from the prying eyes of thieves.

2. FOR BAGS AND SHOES:

Do not treat your bag and shoes like dirty linen. Never wash them with water and soap. No matter how washable they might look like. It will cause yellow stains on your shoes or bags. (the wear and tear, and tears)

3.FOR BAGS AND SHOES:

You should air out your shoes and bags, once in a while. The closet will “murder” your shoes and bags. The shoes and bags will get “suffocated” inside.

Give them access to open air. Let them breathe.

You know the feeling after, when your brand-new looking and flawless pair of shoes or bag –which you rarely use, come out of your closet -wrinkly, with its material peeling off? (like a snake, shedding off its skin?) Ugh!

4. FOR BAGS AND SHOES:

For your bags and shoes, buy a cleaning solution that you can trust.

( so that you would not be tempted to “laundry” them)

Since my husband started buying/collecting shoes, five years ago, Jason Markk has been in our shelves.

We use it only on sneakers, ( of course), crocs, fitflops and other shoe material that may be sprayed with liquid solution.

My son’s shoes are easier to clean with Jason Markk:

my son’s shoes that come home this way…
deserve a Jason Marrk

For the sake of a ” Jason Marrk argument” , I show these…

Yes, “I AM BIG FOOT”. Those are the dirty marks, my feet would make on my slippers, especially, when staying outside all day.

this is my four-year old Fitflop -which does not look like, it is.

The label does say that Jason Markk is a shoe cleaner” but I have secret which I must share.

*Secret: I use a little of Jason Marrk, on my bags.

These are bags I’ve owned, for about two to five years.

Most people say, my bags look brand new.

I do not wash my bags, end of story. Never. But “I Jason Markk them.”

For the bags with pvc material ( Longchamp and Lacoste) and canvas material ( MK),

I apply Jason Markk on it using, a soft brush.

For the delicate ones, like those pebbled faux leather material (Kate Spade- pomelo color) and molded rubber gel material, ( Furla Candy) , I wipe them using damp cloth -with a drop of the solution.

After cleaning the shoes and bags, I just wipe the excess solution, with a clean dry cloth and leave it to dry on the bags and shoes.

I only use Jason Markk on material that can withstand cleaning solution. I do not use it on pure leather or suede.

It cannot thoroughly clean “old stains”. Jason Markk is effective with new stains. What I like best is that it maintains the “brand new look” of your shoes or bag.

the solution brings back the color of the bag (this bag is about five years old)

Jason Markk is available in Titan stores located in:

  • Ronac
  • Katipunan
  • Glorietta Five
  • Taft
  • Alabang

P.S. I JUST LOVE THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A MUST HAVE IN OUR HOUSEHOLD.
