Despite being active online as a mompreneur and mommy blogger, I still find it quite tedious when applying online for documents. I feel I might commit a mistake and then botch up the entire application process.
However, I must share with you that recently I had a very EASY transaction online.
This was with PSAHelpline. ph
PSAHelpline.ph is the authorized online section of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
It is in charge with all the online requests and nationwide delivery pertaining to PSA certificates .
I can say for myself that it really is convenient to apply online with PSAHelpline.
I applied for a copy of the PSA birth certificate of my son. I found out that navigating through their menu was very easy .
The nice thing about the PSA menu is that it prompted me and guided me every step of the way.
Also, may I share with you an error I made. You see, true to Mommy Pier fashion —I actually made a mistake.
While I was keying in information on the PSA page, I accidentally logged myself out from the current page ( panic ng slight, kasi I was already halfway then).
I went back to the PSAHelpline page thinking that I had to do it all over again. I was quite relieved when I found out that all the details I keyed in was recorded. Yes, I therefore continued where I left off ( haay what a relief).
I applied using my mobile phone. But you can also apply using your desktop .
Later on, I was informed via email on the status of my application —from when it was being processed till it was ready for delivery.
I received my document right at the convenience of my doorstep, so to speak.
I claimed the document by showing a valid I.D.
The PSA birth certificate online application was indeed very convenient for mommies like myself.
