i read “guess how much i love you” to rafa everyday
its about a conversation betw a father and son hare.
And the little baby hare keeps on saying to the dad how much he loves him….
like as far as he can reach or as far as he can hop….
but those measurements couldnt surpass the love of the dad,
for the dad has longer arms,therefore longer reach
and the dad has bigger legs so therefore longer hops…
so the dad’s love is still greater …..
until the baby hare finally said “dad i love you up to the moon”
well it made the dad think that it was far indeed
but the dad then said” well i love you up to the moon..AND BACK”
nothing could measure up to the love of a parent for his child.
and i was inspired to write my first love letter to rafa:
to my everdearest rafa,one could never guess how much i love you.
if one should try,one has to reach up and above
or go far and beyond
or be then and after
or stay now and forever
for that is how long they must stick around
to know how much i love you
and maybe not even close
so guess how much i really do?
