My husband, my son and I comprise our ” dimsum-eating-family”, with siomai, topping our list. Once, my husband captioned a picture of my son with the words, ” boy siomai “. ( what else?)
Recently, my six year old, broke my husband’s record by finishing seven pieces of siomai in one sitting. ” Seven-in-one-blow.” Fortunately for us, we get to have dim sum, anytime, in the house. We get to pan fry or steam, dumplings, -from our supply of home made siomai from The Siomai Queen.
