Where Should I Read Stupid is ForeverMore?

Where Should I Read Stupid is ForeverMore?

So, I got my copy of the Senator’s new book. ( humor and smarts redirect here)

As it was with the first book, (Stupid is Forever), the new book, Stupid is ForeverMore will make you wish, you tried harder and excelled in school. You know what they say about that high correlation between good humor and great intelligence?

Thus, the Senator’s books.

The books will not necessarily make you feel “stupid” ( insert medyo here ) but you will realize how you are being robbed by people who appear scholarly –pero panis naman, pagnakaharap na ang tutuong scholarly.

The book is a compilation of pickup lines and original lines from the senator herself. It also has some of her impelling speeches for graduates.

an excerpt from her speech, “The Challenge of Excellence”

You are not powerless. Use your Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler and YouTube accounts to voice your anger and frustration against the politicians who are driven by greed, and who are the very source of corruption in government.”

“You have every right to be furious at these corrupt politicians; because after all, it is our money that is being used to sustain their expensive lifestyles.

But where should I read Stupid is ForeverMore? I thought for myself that there are great best places to “consume” the Senator’s books? (well, neither at the Starbucks nor The Shangrila)

I thought that Stupid is Forever and Stupid is ForeverMore should be read somewhere not fancy. A spectacular ambiance might get me all riled up, while being reminded of our dear politicians.

You know what, you should read the books while…

imagining things at night -12 midnight or 3am,

at the (Forever More) queue for the MRT or LRT,

at the waiting area our child’s school,

at the airport -waiting for a (Forever More) delayed flight,

at the carinderia ( wondering what our dear corrupt officials are having for lunch),

at the pantry of the office,

at Luneta,

getting NBI clearance,

waiting for that plate that never came from LTO,

at a lobby -waiting for a 100th job interview,

inside the car, stuck in traffic at EDSA ( and none of us are drivers, of course),

while procrastinating ( then it becomes a time well spent),

falling in line for an audition,

in front of the senate or in congress,

contemplating on leaving the country for a job abroad,

in that one corner of the room, after being jilted by a lover,

or

in the garden, just right after doing all household chores. ( tapos na ang labada, -magsasampay nalang, tapos na rin ang paghugas ng pinggan at nagna-“nap” pa si baby)

The Senator’s book Stupid is ForeverMore is available nationwide at leading bookstores, like National Bookstore for P 175.
